Hope for Southall Street Homeless would not exist without our kind and compassionate team of volunteers. Our volunteers help from setting up the shelter with beds, tables and chairs etc, cook fresh hot food, shopping, evening and overnight shifts, laundry runs, marketing, website design, photography, and so much more.
We are desperately seeking Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu speaking volunteers to give us as much time as you can spare.
Our three main shifts we need covered are during shelter opening hours:
– 06.00 – 08.30 Morning shift
– 19.30 – 22.30 Evening shift
– 22.30 – 06.00 Night shift
We run the shelter from two regular Church halls close to the Broadway, Southall and you are welcome to contact Raj Ladher the Manager for HSSH at manager@hssh.org.uk to make further enquiries.
We’d love to hear from you!
