Who We Are
Three quarters of the trustees of Hope for Southall Street Homeless are drawn from the local community, reflecting the commitment of the local Churches, the Gurdwara and Sikh community in ensuring the future of this initiative. It is a model of resistance to the rising levels of homelessness and destitution.
In addition, the charity employs a full-time worker to manage the project supported by four part-time workers to open and set up each evening with two part-time night workers.
The staff are supported by amazing volunteers from the local community who help to cover each of the morning, evening and night sessions daily.
