John Coleby,
HSSH Trustee
John Coleby is an experienced social care and voluntary sector leader. As Director of Caritas Westminster, John oversees the growth and development this exciting new social action agency. He has established Caritas Bakhita House in London as a central part of the Roman Catholic Church’s response to human trafficking.
John has a background in social work and social care and has held senior level management positions including Director of Care Services Jewish Care, Director Caritas St Joseph’s and CEO of SweetTree Home Care Services. His early work experience has been in criminal justice services and local authority social services.
He holds an MA/CQSW in Social Work from the University of Leicester and continues to be a registered social worker.
